How orders are fulfilled

Fusion will prepare and ship your order using the details you provide at checkout. You receive an order confirmation by email once payment is verified, and a shipping update when Fusion dispatches your order.

Shipping options

Shipping options and rates will be listed here once Fusion approves them. Until then, totals at checkout show shipping as calculated at checkout.

Returns

Return eligibility, time limits, and how to start a return will be published here once Fusion approves its returns policy. For questions about an order, use the general contact option on the request page and choose “Shop order”.

Clinic bills are separate

Shop purchases are separate from clinic billing. Bill payment questions go to your clinic.
