Travis founded Fusion Rehab and Wellness with a focus on individualized care and professional growth. His clinical interests include orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, and chronic pain.

Micbeth started at Fusion as a technician and continued after graduating from Germanna's PTA program in 2023. She treats orthopedic conditions from post-surgical to chronic pain, has completed Maitland manual therapy seminars, and has a passion for neurological conditions.

Ashley has practiced in outpatient orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation since earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Marymount University in 2012. She moved to Fredericksburg in 2018 to open a Fusion clinic and specializes in LSVT BIG, dry needling, and manual therapy.

Jason brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare, public health, cybersecurity, consulting, and leadership development, including service as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

Alexis was born and raised in Fredericksburg and joined Fusion in June 2025. She makes sure patients feel they are in the right place from the moment they arrive until they leave the clinic.

Anna has been with Fusion since it opened in February 2017, starting as an office assistant in Spotsylvania before moving into billing. She trains the team on administrative tasks and helps patients with billing questions.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Virginia Commonwealth University. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, she joined Fusion's billing team in 2023 and plans to pursue graduate study in nursing.

Colleen earned her AAPC Certification in Professional Billing in August 2023 and comes to Fusion from a background in retail sales. She keeps things moving smoothly for patients and therapists with a positive, can-do attitude.

Regina joined Fusion in 2022 as a physical therapy technician before moving to the billing team, where she helps patients with insurance benefits and billing questions. Her experience as a physical therapy patient gives her a real understanding of what patients face.

Ellie grew up in Spotsylvania and recently graduated from William & Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She wants every patient to leave the clinic feeling heard and supported, and coaches JV field hockey at Courtland High School.
