Regina Pettit

Regina Pettit is a Patient Accounts Specialist and Medical Records Custodian who is dedicated to helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every step of their healthcare journey. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, Regina knows that providing clear communication and compassionate guidance can make a lasting difference in a patient's overall experience.

Originally from Manassas, Virginia, Regina brings a diverse professional background that includes small business ownership before joining the Fusion Rehab & Wellness team in 2022. She first began her career with Fusion as a Physical Therapy Technician, where she discovered a passion for supporting both patients and clinicians. As her career grew, Regina transitioned into the Billing Department, where she now helps patients navigate insurance benefits, billing questions, and financial responsibilities with patience, understanding, and care.

Regina's passion for helping others is deeply personal. Following a motorcycle accident in 2011, she became a physical therapy patient herself and experienced firsthand the life-changing impact that compassionate, patient-centered care can have. That experience continues to inspire her every day and fuels her commitment to ensuring every patient feels understood, valued, and appreciated from their first interaction with Fusion through the completion of their care.

Outside of work, Regina is a proud mother of three amazing children and grandmother to four beautiful granddaughters. She is also a proud breast cancer survivor who has been cancer-free for three years; a journey that has strengthened her appreciation for resilience, compassion, and the importance of exceptional healthcare. Regina was honored to receive Fusion Rehab & Wellness's Employee of the Year Award, a reflection of her dedication to serving both patients and her teammates with excellence.
