Julia Lin

Julia brings more than 10 years of experience in office administration and management to her role, along with a genuine love for connecting with people. She enjoys meeting new patients and building relationships with the people around her. Whether welcoming someone into the clinic or helping them navigate their visit, Julia strives to make every interaction feel comfortable, respectful, and personal.

Having grown up in the DMV area, Julia has spent her life connected to the region and its community. Her professional background has helped her develop the experience and organizational skills needed to support a positive patient experience and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

One of Julia's favorite parts of working at Fusion is the people. She appreciates the opportunity to meet new patients and work alongside a friendly, welcoming team. She wants every patient to feel heard, respected, and at ease when speaking with her, helping create a comfortable environment from the moment they arrive.

Outside of work, Julia embraces her creative side. She describes herself as an artistic nerd who enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons and currently runs her own campaign. She also has an ever-growing dice collection and enjoys music, reading books and manga, and playing board games. Her love of creativity and connecting with others carries into both her personal life and the relationships she builds at work.
