Jack Kleis

Jack combines years of hands-on experience in physical therapy with a strong commitment to helping patients feel supported throughout their recovery. After spending six years working as a Physical Therapy Technician, he returned to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, giving him a valuable foundation in both the day-to-day clinic experience and the care patients receive during rehabilitation.

Jack moved to the Fredericksburg area at age seven and attended school in Stafford from elementary school through high school. He graduated from James Madison University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Health Science before completing the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northern Virginia Community College in 2026. His experience as a PT Tech helped prepare him for his current role and gave him years of opportunities to work alongside patients and clinicians.

Jack appreciates the positive environment Fusion has created for both its staff and patients. He believes that a supportive team makes a meaningful difference in the care patients receive. When working with patients, he strives to build trust through compassion, respect, and open communication. He wants everyone to feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for, with the confidence to ask questions and feel supported throughout their treatment.

Jack grew up in a military family and was born in Europe before moving back to the United States at age five. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and movies, playing video games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jack joined Fusion Rehab & Wellness in July 2026.
