About Emily Daub
Emily Daub is a Physical Therapist who brings a diverse background in movement, health, and education to her approach to patient care. She is passionate about helping people feel supported throughout their recovery and believes that education and active participation are important parts of successful rehabilitation.
Originally from the Bangor, Maine area, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, her Master of Public Health from Tufts University, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Hawaii Pacific University. Before becoming a physical therapist, she worked as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, medical scribe, and technical designer. These experiences have given her a broad perspective on movement, wellness, and the many different ways people approach their health.
Emily was drawn to Fusion because of its emphasis on education and its active and diverse patient population. She hopes every patient experiences warmth, security, and confidence throughout their recovery while receiving thoughtful, individualized care that helps them make meaningful progress.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys an impressive variety of hobbies and adventures. She has lived in eight states, hiked both a 14er and Mount Katahdin, and knit six sweaters in one year. She enjoys cooking and baking, fiber arts, running, hiking, gardening, lifting weights, exercise classes, and building or restoring things. She is particularly fond of growing sunflowers, tomatoes, kale, and herbs—and is always happy to share her sourdough starter.
