Dr. Brittney Holt

Dr. Brittney Holt is from Northern Virginia and moved to Fredericksburg in 2023. She attended the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate studies and Marymount University for physical therapy school. With 7 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, she has treated both orthopedic and neurologic patients.

Brittney enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from post-operative patients to return-to-sport, as well as neurologic and vestibular conditions.

Brittney values the teamwork and camaraderie among the staff in Fusion, which creates a positive environment for patient care. She finds it refreshing to work alongside colleagues who are motivated to better themselves and grow in order to provide the best treatment approaches possible. She also appreciates that the Fusion staff supports both personal and professional goals, aligning with her belief that healthcare providers should continually learn and evolve.

When she is not working, Brittney enjoys running, learning to golf, being on the water, and watching football.
